Nancy Kalikeka Phiri
Patron
As a Patron for CFZ, Mrs. Nancy Kalikeka Phiri plays a major role in the reshaping of
the organisational objectives. She was identified and made part of CFZ because of her
passion and very strong feeling for children and saving the family unit and the
passion extends to the less privileged and the disabled people. Mrs. Phiri strongly
believes that the increasing number of orphans, vulnerable children and street kids
is due to the irresponsible heads of families, either a woman or a man, which is one
aspect that most of us have left behind. She says in order to reduce the syndrome,
we need to promote strong family values, and this starts with every home and by doing
so, we will be tackling the main cause.
Mrs. Phiri holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters of Business Administration.
She started her work career when she joined the Agriculture Finance Company (AFC) as
a loans officer in Kabwe. Later she worked as a Teacher at Kansenshi Secondary School
where she taught pure chemistry at senior level and physical science at junior classes.
When she left Kansenshi Secondary School, she joined Barclays Bank Plc where she worked
from 1988 to 2000 and rose through ranks. She also gained International Banking Experience
after working with Lloyds Bank Plc in London for 3 years. In 2000, she formed a consultancy
firm called TQM Ltd and also began to manage DAT Trading Ltd formed in 1995. She owns the
company which is operating as a franchise for BP (BP Express Shop) which she is managing
as the MD.
She is a member of Institute of Directors, member of Board of Governors – Mpelembe School,
Trustee and Vice Chairperson of Company Clinic Board, Board member of Intermarket Corporation
and Chairperson of Intermarket Securities Ltd. Also a Board member of Communications Authority
of Zambia (CAZ) , Board member of KAFC Oil – Ndola and Board member of CINDI.
She is a member and Director of Public Relations of Rotary Club of Kitwe, North and former
Club President, member of Chibuluma Golf club and Zambia Institute of Bankers (Fellow)
She worked as an Associate Consultant of Independent Management Consultancy Services (IMCS)
on the World Bank and DANIDA Projects. Was a member of the six team consultants that were
involved in the setting up of Lusaka Stock Exchange (LUSE) and its regulatory framework –
Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) She was also instrumental in the localization of Chartered
Institute if Bankers examinations. Through the Rotary Club, she has been able to identify local
initiatives such as renovation of Kitwe Central Police office and the Kitwe Labour office and
many more.
Ackson Musumba
Director
Mr. Ackson Musumba worked with Kingston Zambia as Assistant Manager for 2 years, after
which he joined Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) and he has been working with ZRA for 14 years
now.
As a Country Director in CFZ, he is responsible to ensuring the success of the organisation
in all areas.
Molly Chipipa
National Trustee & School Co-ordinator
Molly is a primary school teacher with 17 years of experience. She is currently working as
a school coordinator in the community school in Kitwe, which means she is constantly in
touch with the orphans and vulnerable children within the surrounding area. She is also
a leading figure within the local women’s empowerment group. Being a widow herself, she
is always striving to help and motivate the widows within the community.
As a School Co-ordinator she also plays a key role of facilitating and monitoring the
community Schools Project requirements and in turn give feed back to the CFZ management.
And also providing leadership in the ongoing development of the Collaborative Schools Model
principles.
Jedone Kambidi
National Administrator
Jedone Kambidi has a strong background in project management. He has worked within a number
of private sector and Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) such World Vision Zambia and
Lutheran World Federation/Zambia Christian Refugee Services under UNHCR. He holds a Diploma
in Marketing, IMIS Diploma and is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Business
Administration. He is currently working for Microlink Technologies Limited as a Deputy
General Manager for the Copperbelt region. His wealth of experience and knowledge contributes
greatly to the work of Children with Future in Zambia (CFZ). As an administrator, Mr. Kambidi
is responsible for general supervision and direction of the administration of the organisation,
and to supervise inforcement and execution of the NGOs governing policies and procedures.
To also assist in making contacts with funding institutions, where it is available on behalf
of the organisation.
Adamson Chipaya
District Projects Coordinator
Adamson has a dynamic background in administration, management, technical and religious domains
having worked with various organizations. In 2000, he gained a diploma in Stores Management/Stock
Control & Personnel Management/Industrial Relations with the College for Professional Management (UK).
He also has an IMIS Diploma I (Zambia Centre for Accountancy Studies). In 2005, he graduated with a
Diploma in Theology from Kaniki Bible College. As qualified an Artisan fitter, he has worked for
Zambia Consolidated Copper Mines for 9yrs. Currently, he is working for Barloworld Equipment as a
planner and also pastoring at New Covenant Churches –Kitwe. Adamson’s role as a District Coordinator
is to monitor the progress of projects in the District and take appropriate action to ensure that
they keep up with schedule (target) and works cooperatively with the National Projects Coordinator's
office.
Gideon Kandudi
Executive Secretary
Gideon has a background in Business administration, Sales and marketing with technical
know how in computer appreciation. He trained and studied Business administration and management,
Sales and marketing and computer appreciation with College of professional management (UK).
In 2003, he formed Icon engineering Zambia Ltd, where he is a director. Two years later he
took over ownership of Metalock Zambia Ltd. He is currently chairman of the board for
Metalock Zambia Ltd and is working for Linkgate Engineering Supplies Ltd as operation manager.
Responsible for maintaining up-to-date field organisation records; assists with the logistics
and organisation of annual membership meeting and any important meetings, and manages all
correspondence directed to CFZ headquarters. He is also responsible to supervise and manage
the offices and formulate written policies and procedures for the effective and efficient
operation of the office.
Rodgers Makaliki
National Projects Co-ordinator
As a Projects Coordinator, Mr. Rogers Makaliki is responsible for overseeing and coordinating
all projects in the organisation. To track the progress of all new and current projects with
the NGO. To also coordinate with the District Project Coordinators and receive progress reports
for reporting to CFZ Council.
